For me the entirety of the program really brought out some specific focus points that were very helpful to me and  with the loving guidance of the entire group I really felt things shift and reveal, unravel and find new space.  

:: It was incredibly special to feel equally together on the journey, while at the same time feeling beautifully led by Nora the entirety of the initiation.

Space that translated from  exterior to interior.  

From the very first moment we began I felt so invited and safe. Through the Somatic work we did, the spaciousness created through my body translated to the spaciousness I felt inwards. There was always moments be with my own stillness, be in connection with the group- all in safety and playfulness. A space to learn.  

My favourite component without a shadow of a doubt was the Breathwork. Something I had never really experienced before so I was excited. With her calm and clear voice,  she intuitively guided us. Being very clear and at he same time leaving space for my own interpretations.  

During the breathwork I felt a lot of different layers opening and closing,  different images and thought processes that were on my mind coming to the front  and fading to the back, like waves. These mental waves translated not only in  thoughts but also physically moved up and down my body. It’s hard to explain it  really and is truly an experience that I think is unique to everyone.
